FAQs

  • Please get in touch via the contact form and if I can create a space, I will.

  • Good question! Over the last six years I've developed an effective, hands-off approach to assess and identify the majority of injuries that climbers present with. Where there are exceptions, we will make a plan to help clarify matters, for example seeing me in person and/or via the use of imaging (through me or another provider).

  • For acute trauma (e.g. If you've heard a pop in your finger whilst climbing) I would recommend you see me in person to accurately diagnose the extent of the injury.

  • No, I spend as much time working with people from other walks of life (for example, musicians, runners and fighters) as I do with climbers. Most of my remote calls are with climbers but I also work with anyone who can benefit from remote physiotherapy.

  • Yes, I treat both climbers and other patients with a wide range of musculo-skeletal needs in my clinic, located here.

  • Yes, I regularly do pop-up clinics in both of these locations. I may be able to offer a clinic elsewhere on request. Please do get in touch to discuss this further.

  • This varies depending on your personal situation, so I will always recommend specific equipment to you ahead of your appointment (for example, adjustable dumbbells, a lifting edge/finger board and a mat). Please note, none of this equipment is essential for the call to be a success.

  • I primarily use Google Meet. Please click here to download this, if required.
